1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.

2. Memberships & Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund prior charges.

3. No Financial Advice

Content provided by Radiant, including alerts, monitors, and community posts, is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee profits or outcomes. You assume all risk for purchases, sales, and actions you take.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Services for illegal activity, spam, harassment, infringement, or attempts to circumvent access controls. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and tooling included in the Services is owned by Radiant Community or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
